I love Sunday mornings in Amalfi, especially this time of year when the sun warms the promenades along the sea and it seems like the whole town is out for a passeggiata. There’s something special about Sunday mornings that you can feel walking through Amalfi. People are dressed just a little nicer than usual, life moves just that little bit slower and the pastry shops are crowded with customers picking out desserts for the big Sunday lunch. When the sun comes out, it’s even better. Yesterday I was out for a walk through town and it was a beautiful November morning in Amalfi. I couldn’t resist taking a few photos to share with you all. Enjoy!

Oh Laura, you’re killing me.
Thank you for these wonderful photos, they’re stupendous.
Maybe in February, maybe…
Hugs and have a great week
Ciao Eleonora! Oh, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for February then! Would love to meet up in person. So happy you enjoyed the photos! Abbracci, Laura
It rained here ALL weekend and it has not been much better today, so these photographs were they what I wanted to see or not? Beautiful Laura, glad you made the most of the sunshine.
Ciao Linda! That was one of the few sunny mornings we’ve had this November. It’s been raining for about two and a half weeks straight! So as soon as the sun came out that Sunday morning we were out of the house. Here’s hoping there’s some sunny weather ahead for both of us!
Oh how glorious!! These pictures made me so happy, especially since it’s 21 degrees F plus wind chill today! Yipes!! I’m so cold. 🙂
Ciao Krista! So glad these photos made you happy … and warmed you up some! 🙂
Oh how I miss those long strolls along the promenade. These are beautiful pictures and make me miss Amalfi so much! Thanks for sharing!
Ciao Mom! Oh I miss our walks alone the promenade in Amalfi so much! Talking, eating gelato, people watching … such a perfect spot! Hugs!!
