Pasticceria Savoia Amalfi

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas … in Amalfi! The bakeries and shops are decorated for the holidays, and soon the town will be lit with Christmas lights. With all the recent bad weather, it’s been hard to put up the decorations this year. But last Saturday morning I was out and about in Amalfi and saw the lights were being installed in the Piazza Duomo and along the waterfront. Here are a few photos I snapped quickly while out for a walk.

  • I would love to experience Christmas in Italy .. just once … my hubby travels lots for work as you know, so he is quite content to spend it here at home !

Thanks for sharing with us Laura .. all I need to do is get a Pannetone …. from the little Italian deli in Oxford 🙂

    Hello,

It must be even more beautiful at Christmas time. We were there for our honeymoon and stayed at Hotel L’Agavi.
Thank you for sharing. I hope you don’t mind I added you to my inspirational blog roll. I enjoy your postings.
    Ciao
